I was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension I know nothing about it does anybody know anything about it? Also I was diagnosed with athrórtíç cardiovascular diffusion disease? Does anybody know anything about these two diseases? Even the consultants on the team? I am confused? I wasn't told about any of this. I will ask my cardiologist in March. I've been in HF for almost 2 years...everything I see concerns people with high blood pressure...I have the opposite problem..low blood pressure, I get out of breath by just walking across a room. Anyone else have a problem with low blood pressure?

Is anybody dealing with primary aldosteronism, also called Conn's syndrome)? Because of it, I have some of my days uncontrolled hypertension, which is dangerous for my aortic aneurysm, and much heavy for my heart failure.
