Don't worry too much it create more high blood pressure. Try not worry over it, don't take it every day take it when you feel off. Obsessing over it is stressing. Let go honey and find respite in your mind and heart. Keep a log and share it with your Doctor when you go in and see him, or her.

Might be careful standing there may be some dizziness try not to fall.

Yes, very definitely, you should be very concerned! I had that problem , kept fainting until they finally discovered I have orthostatic hypotension! Don't wait to check with dr..Im on meds to keep bp up over 100 top number! God bless!
