Advised To Stop Rivaroxaban.

I had a quadruple in March and also experienced AF and so was put on Rivaroxaban.A Cardiologist recently advised me after a 24 hour monitor which showed no AF that I should stop taking Rivaroxaban.He admitted it was a calculated move judging what was more likely a bleed or a stroke.The same monitor also showed that I have a slow heartbeat and so along with the Rivaroxaban the cardiologist advised me to stop taking a 1.25 mg beta blocker.My blood pressure went up immediately and my heart rate… read more

I have had echo cardio gram and e k g and stress test blood work and the cardio doctor had never said I have it was wondering if anyone on here has and how it was diagnosed and just because someone had swollen ankle occasionally does not make mean they have it some of the meds the doctor put you on for the heart suchas metopolo canothers can cause swollen ankles norvacs is another one that does that

When you start fainting l ended up getting a pacemaker at 32..l went into heart failure. A lot dizzy spells me and falling into the wall. I fainted driving not good nope.

I have no diagnosis yet. Appointment scheduled end of month with cardiologist. The Internet says I'm dying and doctors don't seem concerned, so basically looking for advice and opinions of real people dealing with heart issues. New Heart Failure Medication

I had a Cardiologist appt this week that was ok, Thankful. My Cardiologist was telling me of a new medication approve now for heart failure patient with low EF, it is a med that is given to type 2 dietbetc, ( I forgot the exact name), she said it has few side effects. I am scheduled for an echo in May and if my EF is low, she recommended the new drug. Have anyone heard of the medication? I hate to add another pill to my daily intake.😔, but may try it.
