The systolic blood pressure is very good but diastolic is a bit high . Monitor your blood pressure morning and before going to bed and in case if it is consistently the same pls check with your cardiologist. Take care!

Your pulse pressure, systolic - diastolic is low, and your diastolic is high. Yes, send results to specialist.

Andrew those numbers would send me to my EP relatively quick personally. I've dealt with hypertension for over 40 years, been a long time since my diastolic got near 100. My other concern is how close the numbers are together usually now days from what I read they like them to be like 120/70. I have afib, had an ablation to correct the arrythmia and learned my pcp was not proper doctor to manage bp meds. My EP explained certain diuretics can't be used, beta blocker dosages have to be controlled and so forth so she prescribes and my pcp handles renewals for my ease of care since my EP is 100 miles away. Just my opinion here but I would definitely have a conversation with your EP or cardiologist about your bp. When I was in nursing (retired in 2000) I used to see them refer patients to renal specialist for hypertension when I ask why they would tell me many causes are related to the kidneys. I don't know many now that have been referred to those doctors.
