You have to be gentle with yourself rest your head and lay down for a few minutes. If it happens a lot be near a chair I hope you doing okay..
I find myself suddenly wanting to rush home and get back to "safety" when I am at a doctor's waiting room, a public elevator...And then I realize that although everyone in my family are wonderful helping me, I try not to need help so I don't feel like I am imposing.

My depression has a huge hold on me ( and that was even before my dad passed a few weeks ago and I almost lost my diabetic cat . Any ideas for getting back to me ?
( I even stopped exercising which I did every day cause my diet well is not so good )
I bought turmeric in capsules I’m starting at one a day
I started an anti depressant but I heard they raise cholesterol . Does anyone have any info on that ?

I’m with you Cliff. Never had clinical depression so guess I can’t relate although this cardiac diagnosis has been a real bummer!

Endo specialist messaged me on my portal Thursday. He wanted to talk Friday morning about important changes and medicines. Made me nervous!! Never had a doctor message me before himself. I found Jardiance to be next to useless. Im allergic to the weekly shots (treshiba, trulicity, ozempic).Im on Soliqua and Synjardy..... low 7 A1C.Eat less more frequently!
