Vera, I wish I had the secret sauce but I don't. You just have to find a way that works for you. You can't live with this kind of stress and this is no way to enjoy your life. You might need some professional help but first, there are things you can try. Here is a list of tips from people here on the site. Pick one or two and start doing them. The better you start to feel the better your head will feel. Keep Doctors Appointments
Eat right,
Stick to a heart-healthy diet
Take medications on time.
Take vital signs like blood pressure as instructed.
Know your body and listen to it don't try to do things you know you can't
Don't let your disease run your life.
Do volunteer work if you can (This site is the perfect place to start).
Stay positive- Use affirmations or positive sayings.
Be kind to yourself by telling yourself that you are beautiful
Stay connected spiritually through prayer or meditation daily
Stay as active as possible move around don't sit all day.
Get exercise, Walking, Dancing, Swiming. Gardening
Stay connected to Nature, by walking outside or gardening
Stay connected to family and friends, by phone, in person, or online including the friends we have made here on the site.
If any of this fails, it might be time to get some professional help. First, tell your doctor and go from there. Good luck!

Lean not on your own understanding but trust God in all your ways and He will give you a peace that surpasses everything. You must be born again for this to happen and He will give you trust when you ask. This life is hard and I do sympathize and my feelings go out for you💯. He is our only real true hope.

I know the feeling. I am learning how to focus on the things that I can do, not on my limitations. A lot of my problems reside in the fact that since my heart attack I think the process of aging has accelerated. I sometimes feel very down about my condition but I keep working on exercising and eating a proper diet to improve my heart health. I try to be hopeful.
