I just can't seem to eat healthy. I know exactly what I should be eating and how much but it's like I don't even care. In cardiac rehab they gave us some dishes but I didn't like the taste. I don't like anything spicy and don't like black beans. I like veggies so there must be some recipes somewhere that will work for me. I also like lentils and most other beans.
Thanks for the suggestions. Maybe I am being too careful. Occasionally I'll eat something forbidden but I make sure the sodium is low enough. I'll try the recipes.
