Do you like seafood? My local grocery store has fresh fish that I get often..and shrimp, a favorite. Easy to pan fry,,or bake. You can make home fries in oven,,sprinkle olive oil on them. Easiest bet is to read the labels and you won't go wrong. Take care and enjoy cooking!

If you like seafood stay away from ocean seafood. Too much salt. Salmon is a good choice, cod, and trout that kind of fish. Other meats are pork (tenderloin is very lean and easy to prepare) They come 2 in a package so make one and freeze one. You can turn the leftovers into BBQ (low salt kind) tacos (make your own low salt seasoning) or anything else you can dream up. Lean pork chops work too. Let me know if you want any recipes for cooking any of the above. I want to start people posting recipes to share I am asking for a place on the site where we can share them. Right now, I sometimes post them on the questions page. Here is a good resource for you https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/re...

I eat fruits and vegetables and fish for the food I make at home. I recently found a food service that has low sodium meals. It's called Magic Kitchen but you have to check out the nutrition for each item before you order as some have a lot of sodium. The low sodium offerings taste good and are healthy except that they seem to have an awful lot of carbs. I also drink high protein drinks (like Ensure and even the high protein Slim Fast. Another thing I like is Greek Yogurt with fruit on the bottom.
