my heart failure seems to have taken a turn for the worse and I have been unable to find any herbal solutions to cure it.
suggestions please (don't say go to your primary care dr. they are only interested in managing my demise)

I had a Quadruple by-pass 2 years ago. I still have pain around the surgery site when I move the wrong way, I pick things up, lift my arms and when I wear a bra.
It does eventually go away. The numbness before the nerves repaired themselves is what bothered me most.

Curious to what people do to entertain themselves?... I've always been a busy mother of 5 and 8 grandkids but as age and health issues are here, not real sure what to do with myself.. having OCD cleaning took great part of my day, but think age has defeated my strength, so no longer jumping up eagerly🤪... I had a heart murmur that got worse over about a decade & eventually needed surgery, but most murmurs never deteriorate to that point. Good luck!

i also have heartburn all the time now and it kinda feels sometimes like when i had my heart attack and i get so scared!! does all the new pills i take cause this?? this is all new to me,and i dont take pills i just take vitamins my whole life!!
