Heart failure is not a home remedy kind of thing. This is a major failure in body systems. Here is a free copy of one of my books after living with it for 38 years. https://mailchi.mp/5a8e3fd94343/free-odt

Heart disease happens because the heart tissue becomes thicker as a result of specific issues with your heart that requires the heart to work harder. This causes the heart muscle to become thicker and slows down the amount of blood that enter/exits the heart and organs in your body.

This is a serious condition as you need to know why your heart is working so hard. It is best to work with your cardiologist because they have solutions such as as implants that may help.

No cure but with meds and procedures they can maintain plus a good diet and walking we have to do our part . When I had my heart surgery in 2010 Drs gave me5-7 years before I would need another . Not yet still going staying always from salts I cheat now and then but have to keep moving . Eat veggies, seafood not too Many red meats . Salads fruits . Stay well listen to your cardio follow your gut and know we’re here for you 💗

I have congestive heart failure and AFib and I understand there is no cure for heart failure but, we can help it by not using salt, exercising, taking our pills on time and consistently, limit beer and liquor and no smoking. It's not much fun but, breathing is nice.
