I'm In Cardiac Rehab And Almost Completed It. I Do 35 Minutes 3xa Week..
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

I plan to exercise at home the same as at cardiac rehab. When do I know I have enough exercise? I want to lose weight so I wanted to do a little more on Tuesdays and Thursdays too. I could start by only doing 15 minutes on Tuesday and Thursdays plus 35 on MWF. When do I know I'm overdoing it? I've had chf 9 years. I want to be strong but am concerned I'll wear myself out.
