I feel much better with very little Rib cage pains.
Feels energetic. Maintain schedules of diet and medication.
Daily 35 min morning walk, meditation. Cardiac rehab workoutat home. BP and BSL very much under control.
Would like to start Gym with treadmill, stationary bike, strength trsining on machines with light weights. I monitor heart rate with chest band monitor.

I agree . Once you get the OK from your doctor,you should be good to go. It sounds like you wish to continue a routine similar to your Cardiac Rehab.Wish you success with your health goals.
