While all the recipes may not be to your liking, and the article focuses on gut health as well (we learned on Monday how the gut and the heart are tied together). I think there might be one or two worth considering. The advice they give on Foods to focus on is worth a look. Remember if you are on a low salt diet and most of us are leave out the salt or at least reduce it by 1/2 or more.

I feel good most of days. Cardiac rehab is great. Deleted a zillion posts because I was overwhelmed by them everyday. Sorry. Don't hesitate to post.
I have too many orthopedic problems to participate in Cardiac Rehab per se but I do get to the Pool to swim S often as possible!
