I'd rather have a cardio check than a colonoscopy, lol. The day before is horrendous! ❤️

I had a colonoscopy around Christmas and I was in the hospital with rectal bleeding. I did wear a "do not resusitate" band. The doctor said they would resusitate me if anything went wrong even if I had the band. I was put out completely and everything went fine. I hated the drinking of the liquid that cleans you out tho. I was hoping they would find diamonds and pearls, but no such luck. There was no discussion of cardio problems with a colonoscopy.

Good evening Mary how are you doing today? I am seeing an Orthopedic Doctor for both shoulders. But the right one has a Rotator Cuff tear in it and he wants to do surgery but before he can my heart and lung doctors have to clear me first. It is a normal process that has to be done for your safety. I have added you to my team.

Yes cardiac clearance and since I’m on warfarin had to come off 5 days prior and start a lovenox bridge.
