I was told cardiac rehab would not work for me, because my heart is too enlarged. Cardiomyopathy.

I have too many orthopedic problems to participate in Cardiac Rehab per se but I do get to the Pool to swim S often as possible!

I'm lucky, I have cardiomyopathy but atria normal size
