Sam... sleep sounds reasonable. I for one am looking forward to hearing about your adventures while awake.
Have a great trip!

Cliff,
Getting ready to take an international trip and remember how hard it was with the many overseas tours of duty I had in my twenties and thirties and how hard it was to get back to normal. This trip upcoming next month will be the first in 39 years. My wife upgraded my seat to Business Class. I hear you can lie down and sleep. Looking forward to it.

How do body clocks affect heart health?
Your body's internal clock, or circadian rhythm, plays an important role in heart health. Getting adequate sleep—ideally 7 to 9 hours each night—is essential for maintaining your cardiovascular system.
Tracking your sleep patterns can help you stay on top of your heart health. You can monitor sleep using:
* Wearable devices like fitness trackers or smartwatches
* Smartphone apps
* A simple notebook to record when you go to bed and wake up
Poor sleep can contribute to stress, depression, and fatigue, which are all connected to heart disease. Many MyHeartDiseaseTeam members have found that resting when tired and maintaining consistent sleep habits helps them manage their condition better.
If you're experiencing sleep problems or increased fatigue, talk to your doctor. They can help you develop strategies to improve your sleep quality and overall heart health.
