I feel that there are better liquid meals than Ensure. Or smoothies you can make. Are you unable to prepare? I am so sorry.

That is something that only your cardiologist can answer as he is the one that knows what your medical issues are.i have a number of medical issue and even other doctors can't address. I have syncope and am starting to fail alot. I am always dehydrated and my sodium is always low. I'm on 2000 mg of sodium away and I'm not absorbing it or fluids. When it gets really bad the keep me for 2 or 3 day and put me onIV fluids. Only our doctors can say what is best.

Mike, If you can drink water ensure should be okay but ask the doctor. What the heck is going on with you that you can't keep food down? I am seriously worried about you my friend. ❤️
