Wendy's chili is very low fat as they boil their meat which is the hamburgers left on the grill a little too long. They boil the meat to get the fat out. Very healthy in my opinion except for the salt

No, I don't eat starch anymore, especially after finding out how much my triglycerides have come down. It is amazing., I stopped the end of September.
