Agreed. It has taken me 2 years to deal with fatigue and emotional ups and downs since my heart attacks. It’s is one step at a time

Exhaustion is a good word to describe how we feel. I can do one or two things and be so tired there is no choice but to sit down. I’ve learned to go with it but beat myself up sometimes because I don’t even have the desire to do more , and this from someone who has a little OCB before this. We all do the best we can and probably none of us are the same!

It's hard to ignore but I take one step at a time I try to rest when my body signal to rest and I move slower than usual
