Mark is right James you should talk to your doctor about it. Heart team when i advice or give you Information about my condition I do every thing with my doctors consent. Every ones condition is different.

ask your doctor sex is god for you after a heart attack not swinging from the ceiling or anything but sex its good for your heart and gets blood pumping check with doctor

I think your cardiologist would be the best person to talk to about that, when in doubt check it out first, I think that question would be a phone call away! Ask for him to return a call to you.

Good answer Laurene . Every one has to know there own limitations like I keep repeating. Not every one is crazy like me and trys to go beyond a normal heart patient. But I do know my limitations. I push myself to the limit but I still want quality life and yes some times I pay for it the next day.Do what is best for you. Look at Dottie she's gone back to work , but who's going to pay here bills. We do what is best for yourself"s.
