Good answer Laurene . Every one has to know there own limitations like I keep repeating. Not every one is crazy like me and trys to go beyond a normal heart patient. But I do know my limitations. I push myself to the limit but I still want quality life and yes some times I pay for it the next day.Do what is best for you.
