Managing a chronic condition can feel isolating at times. But connection β€” even in small doses β€” can make a real difference.

A phone call. A message from someone who gets it. A community that shows up.
Who or what reminds you that you don't have to go through this alone?

Hi Clari- CommunityManager,
The people in my life who remind me that I am not alone is: Family, Friends, Healthcare providers, MyHeartDiseaseTeams Community, and sometimes strangers. I recently took a short vacation to one of my favorite resorts, and a beautiful lady sitting next to me, started a general conversation regarding life. She was so sweet, 74 and believe it or not, she lived very close to my neighborhood. She complimented me on how young I looked to be 65 (which made my day) we enjoyed each others company as I ate my delicious clam chowder soup 🍲. She gave me tips on what to order and said she would keep me in her prayers. I believe having a positive attitude brings like minded people into your circle. I am fortunate and blessed to have so many supportive people around me. Have a fantastic day πŸ’–πŸ™πŸΎ
