@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member I know where you are coming from, I am the same way. This site, I share more than I usually share. After I found this site, I was inactive for a while, but last year when thing started breaking loose made me realize how alone I am, and being able to talk does help. One reason I like this site is not only do I get help, but feel that I may be helping others. Realizing our mortality can help us become stronger, especially when you have a lot of good people you can talk with.

While you can use your Facebook account to log in to MyHeartDiseaseTeam, it's important to understand that this is a separate platform from Facebook. The site is not accessible through Facebook itself - they are completely separate websites.

When you use Facebook to log in, it only serves as a convenient way to create an account. None of your posts or activities on MyHeartDiseaseTeam will be shared on your Facebook page, and vice versa. To help your sister join using Facebook, here are the steps:

1. Go directly to the MyHeartDiseaseTeam website
2. Click the blue "Continue with Facebook" button
3. Log in to Facebook when prompted
4. Click "Continue as [your name]" when asked to grant access
5. Complete the registration form with additional health information

This process simply uses Facebook credentials for easy login - it keeps all your health information private and separate from Facebook.

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member When I told her about this site she sounded like she was interested. I finally got the web address to give her, and will give it to her tomorrow.

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member The short answer is no. They are separate sites. You can use your Facebook account to sign into this site once you are a member, but there is no direct access to it through Facebook. There are many groups she could join on Facebook if that might help her.

Thanks Sue for your wisdom. I too, do not use a lot of Facebook sites and am a personal person. Our group here is more focused. I believe a lot of Facebook stuff is for show and some people post too much of there info on Facebook. Have a Wonderful Day Everyone and Be Blessed!
