Interesting enough I have been walking at least 10,000 steps but I will go down to 7,000
Way to go Sabrina
For heart health, the key focus should be on getting regular physical activity rather than hitting a specific step count. The American Heart Association recommends:
- 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise weekly (like brisk walking)
OR
- 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity weekly (like running)

Subrina hello. I try to get as many steps possible to burn calories, and have a strong heart. The fast steps I get at least 7000 on my walks, the rest of them as I work around the house. Here's an example. From the track/ course I walk on.
SubrinaPechacek, keep up the good work, your hard work is inspiring others. Thank you💖
