Consider installing a home water filtration system as a long-term solution. These can help remove contaminants while ensuring you have access to clean drinking water. Remember to maintain and replace filters according to manufacturer recommendations. When choosing beverages, avoid sugary drinks and fruit juices which can impact heart health. Instead, focus on plain water or naturally flavored water made by adding fresh fruit slices. If concerned about water quality, boiling tap water can be an effective temporary solution for eliminating certain contaminants.

We went with the Primo system as it's very easy to use and found a great place to have it in the kitchen out of the walk way. This particular item has one hot, one cold then a Keurig coffee pod in the center. The distilled water goes in the base at the bottom. My husband and I go through the water every 2-3 weeks roughly with the amount of tea and coffee we both make using it. It's very easy to use and simple to clean up if ever there is an issue which rarely that will happen. The bottom plastic where your mug sits does snap off easily should you need to do so. Where the water is placed has a swing door and uphill base from the floor so it's always easy to slide the new water right into place.
