My favorite feature that None of the other smartphones has is fall detection! If I fall hard enough it will call an ambulance for me and let two people of my choice know that I have fallen down and alert them to my location!

What are the most important Apple Watch features for heart health monitoring?

Smart watches like the Apple Watch can be valuable tools for monitoring heart health. Key features include tracking heart rate, rhythm monitoring through ECG (electrocardiogram), and the ability to detect irregular heart patterns. These devices can provide real-time data and store historical information to share with your healthcare team. The most beneficial aspect is that these devices can track trends over time and can be set up to alert you if your numbers go outside normal ranges. This provides peace of mind and helps catch potential issues early. However, it's important to discuss with your doctor which specific metrics you should monitor and how to interpret the data correctly for your particular situation.
