I didn't drink coffee until I married at age 21 and started Assistant managing in a grocery store and not much even then. I started drinking a lot of coffee at age 30 working in a deep freezer afternoon shift and HOT coffee was free. I think a lot depends on how an individuals body reacts and everyone is different. I worked with a man that ended up in the ED after one cup of coffee, he didn't drink coffee and his body went into shock! Our bodies are marvelous machines, adaptable yet unique individual!
