Thank you. I am taking the same dosage as you. If I take the PM dose it drops
my blood pressure to 60's over high 20's. This scares my wife. I would prefer to
be able to take PM dose.

Best,
Clarence Cole

Hello Clarence, I take a low dose of Entresto (24/26) morning and night, my body can not tolerate a larger dose, for it drops my BP too low. I sometimes forget my pm dose, and it seems to still work, but I would take as your Cardiologist suggest. Entresto has helped increase my EF. I sometimes hate taking so many meds but what else can we do now. Take care of yourself and enjoy each day.

I passed out at my youngest son’s wedding last November. Ever since then I check my BP if I ever go out of the house.

I can understand her fear of your BP being so low. I would talk y Cardiologist about that, maybe he can find an alternative or another time to take second dose.i can feel when my BP is too low. Take Care and Blessings to you.
