Originally, after a heart attack, the stent placed went into the septal perforators, partially blocking the LAD causing no reflow. When I found out a year and a half later, I was able to qualify for bypass surgery. The bypass has failed and my surgeon left the hospital shortly after the surgery so any questions I had were directed to his PA’s. There were no other referrals so I’m on my own.
