I have Afib is it normal to get lightheaded real quick and get dizzy all the time. My heart seems ok!

It is normal to feel dizzy when you are in Afib. If you are not currently in Afib, then it might be the medication you are taking. If you think that might be it, take the medication right before a meal or just after to keep you from feeling dizzy. Also, be careful standing or sitting up suddenly.
