Menopause And Arterial Schlerosis

I am having problems with my joints and weight and only started peri menopause last year Dec. What can I use for joints as both my knees give problems and that makes excercise impossible. I also want something for curbing hunger and contolling mood swings. I am on aspavor, zartan, bilicor and disprin.
