Hi pleased to meet you I stopped smoking about 3 years before my triple bypass thank God I did my recovery would have been much harder had I been still smoking I am doing fine now I'm back at work and I try to exercise at least three times a week. I also try to eat a heart healthy diet as much as possible. The key to recovery is to keep moving and to know your limitations and count each day as a blessing. Set a goal for yourself each morning. Even if it is a small one. You got to have a reason to get up each morning. May God bless you in your journey. Life is still great. NubπŸ˜€
