I had it in ulnar nerve which is close to surface near elbow and watched sleeping position of neck and numbness in right outer thigh caused from herniated disk in lower back which I try to work on core exercises to help it.

As so many have said, be sure to ask your PCP or your cardiologist first. We can only tell you what’s happening with us. I have terribly painful peripheral neuropathy in my lower arms and hands and lower arms and feet. I broke my neck twice, I thank Jesus that I am not a paraplegic. I had C3-C7 fused almost a year ago, but am still in a world of pain.
I have to either wrap my legs with ace bandages or wear my compression Rx socks. Not the kind you buy on TV or at Walmart. Sorry not covered by insurance! But they do last for years with proper care. In my opinion everyone with ANY cardiac failures/issues should wear them. Keeps the blood up and out of your lower body! My mom was soon to have a lower leg amputation because of a circulation sore. (They are much like a bed, pressure sore, very hard to heal.)It just would not heal and was almost to the bone. Her dear PCP ordered the Rx circulation socks! After wearing them 12+ hours daily the sore was almost all healed in 10 days!

I also have numbness sometimes in left fingers, I never ask Cardiologist about it, now I must.

I do periodically. Make sure your cardiologist is aware of it. I usually make notes of when it happens, how long it continues and what I was doing. Pass that info. to your Dr. and see what they say.

I have had tingling and numbness in my hands. My hands frequently become very cold, especially if I handle something from the refrigerator or freezer. The tips of my fingers become white. I have been told this is Reynaud's.
