Many Doctors believe if you eat eggs you'll have high cholesterol. This has been proven to be a myth.

I have 1 or 2 eggs every other week and feel very guilty about it because my cardiologist said to eat only egg whites. Maybe once a month I make egg salad for my family, and I have a sandwich of it too. I make it with 4 eggs, mayo, and onions.....four eggs for three people.
