Hi Caryn, good stuff. Even if you don't live alone. I am 68 & my wife is 83. There is information in there I can use to help take care of my wife and there is information in there I can use to help take care of us together and there is information in there I can use to help myself.

Wow, I am so glad y'all enjoyed this video. When I watched it, I learned so much, and I was so surprised. I like Nurse Jen; her stuff is good and to the point. She has a list of things to ask a doctor at your next visit. I am going to see if it has value, and if it does, I will share it.
