HOCM guy here. My heart doctor is not real worried about my bbb. Also have a murmur & thoracic ascending aortic aneurysm. I question him each year when it shows up in my annual tests and he is not worried about
the BBB... My experience only 🤕
This video is interesting. I also took the article to say if you have branch bundle blockage means you have vFib, because the electric path is disrupted thus the contractions are not coordinated. Based on this article, I would say branch bundle blockage and VFib is more closely connected than not. However, when explaining one condition, you do not want to get sidetracked to another topic. Maybe an article on the connection between branch bundle block and Vfib would be helpful.
