Right now, it is the new medications and their side effects. I feel like a another person. I am trying to shake it off. 💖🙏🏾🥰

What bothers me the most with my heart condition is shortness of breathe makes me feel uncomfortable.

For me, it's the weather. The heat and humidity increase the work my heart has to do, which makes my shortness of breath worse. It's so uncomfortable.

Thank you My Heart Disease team for that summary. There are a lot of physical things happening after a heart attack to adjust to. It can be overwhelming. And, that adds to emotional issues. Looking back over past 8 months, hospitalizations, med changes, side effects, I am ever grateful to being alive and telling the story.

I get this burning in my chest. Also im not full off energy like I used to be.
