That way great ,more than average of what you need to do ,just don't over do yourself and over do your β™₯ heart ,whatever you do pay attention to your heart and body ,the mind works differently than heart & body ,so we must get them to work together so want put us in bad shape later on down the road..most people don't get this phase that the donkey is the smartest animal on the farm .Horse will go & go till he drop dead but a donkey will stop in his tracts and want move when tired and the owner can beat him and beat him but he will not move until he has rested and he might kick the heck out of the owner if he keeps hitting on him.so if someone calls me a jackass o feel proud especially that iam a country boy & I know how smart they are and city folks think that donkeys are stupid animals because that's what they are taught so sad .be smart be wise and keep it pumping but know your limits and body .

60 minutes on a stationary bike is a fantastic workout β€” that's something to be genuinely proud of! Cycling is one of the best forms of moderate aerobic exercise for heart health.

The general recommendation is around 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, so one 60-minute session puts a solid dent in that goal. Here's why cycling is great for the heart:

- Helps lower blood pressure
- Reduces LDL (bad) cholesterol
- Improves HDL (good) cholesterol
- Supports a healthy weight
- Strengthens cardiovascular endurance

Just make sure to always warm up before and cool down after each session to protect the heart and avoid injury. It's also important to watch for any warning signs during exercise. Stop and rest if experiencing:

- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Chest pain or tightness
- Irregular heartbeat
- Shortness of breath
- Nausea

If any of these symptoms don't go away after resting, contact a doctor right away. Always keep the care team in the loop about the exercise routine so they can help tailor it safely to specific health needs.
