I no longer eat American cheese because of the high salt content. I eat Swiss cheese instead and only whole grain crackers. I had to change the way I ate. But Thank God, the only thing I have been missing lately is milk chocolate. I eat the dark chocolate occasionally but, I really don't like it. Unfortunately, I stumbled a bit and ate a brown on yesterday.
