Thanx for the article I had no idea that Mayo was not good for us ,here in the South we love using Mayo especially when making tuna,chicken and turkey salads in the summer time.Duke's Mayo is one of Southern people favorite Mayo to use .

Have you tried the Greek Yogurt to make your Tuna? Did it taste good? Just wondering.
Greek yogurt or smashed avocado. I read that you can use hummus but I have not tried that.
So this is what I use, although it says Mayo with Olive oil. 0 Trans fat and 0 Saturated Fat, 5mg of cholesterol and 115mg. sodium with 45 calories. Total carbs is 2 grams. Can we use this one? I did read the label. I don't add any salt. A little sodium is already included. I limit my sodium to 1500mg. per day. If anybody tried the Greek yogurt, let me know how that taste. Thanks
