TL. I have not heard of this My Chart. Is it something I can download and print, Or is it phone chart? I think it would be a handy tool. Spent 7 hours in the ER last night and in the end all he did was double my Carvidilol. We will see how that works. I am exhausted this morning. But we keep on pumping! I just hope mine is a little slower today. Have blessed day everyone?

Hi Team, I have 2 medical portals on my phone. I have My Chart and Navigating Care for different doctors. My Cardiologist recently increased my Carvedilol mg. because of my high blood pressure. I was also informed of Solace Advocates recently. I am not using them but, decided to ask if anyone heard of them or used them. Have a Great Day! Be Blessed!

Hi Tony,
Me too, I order meds, verify appts. Get test results and all my doctor's notes, as soon as I leave the office. It goes on and on. . It is truly a great helpful tool to utilize when needing to understand what your diagnosis means and how to move forward. That's how I work on staying as healthy as possible. I believe every medical provider is offering these methods to all patients. They want us to be involved/proactive as possible while on our unique health journey. God Bless You My Friend πŸ’–πŸ™πŸΎ

Hi Gwen3,
I have not heard of this Solace scheduling before. I have added my doctor portal to my phone, which text me two days before my appointments, I am also called to see if there has been any changes in my schedule. I get my doctors notes and my diagnosis after testing before my doctors. Most medical facilities have these medical portals in place. The Solace is a new one, I hope you find what you are looking for. God Bless πŸ’–πŸ™πŸΎ

I've never heard of team leaders nor Solace Patient Advocates.sorry. I live with my family and only one of us drives. I make my own appointments and put them in a shared calendar so I don't book over another appointment. My niece is our driver and she goes in with me for my appointments so I have a second set of ears.
