are there only two different statins to try? Which is the best type for no muscle, shoulder, tendonitis pains and muscle loss?

When I had a conversation with my cardiologist after experiencing an issue with Lipitor not wanting to work after the heart attack and provide the needed help the cardiologist began looking into other statins. The statement she made was there are enough statins we can move onto it is a matter of finding the best one that will work with all other medications well and not cause a problem. She researched all statins carefully then it was determined to begin Crestor, since I have started Crestor I have been doing just fine.
