I have been dealing with this for so long, I would like to think people ( especially) family get it . They don’t .
I wouldn’t wish what we go through on anyone . It’s not easy it’s hard , it’s hard to keep up .

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member, you are not wrong; you are wise. Why put yourself in a position where you could get sick if it's avoidable? For most people, a cold is no big deal, but for those of us with heart disease, it is a whole different kettle of fish. I don't think we can ever expect others to get it. Unless you experience the fatigue, shortness of breath, and other fun symptoms, you can never fully understand it. That is why this space is truly a blessing because all of us here get it!
