Hello I suffered with Cardiomyopathy Heart Failurw for 20 years. My ejection fraction has stayed in the 20’s percentile. I was Fully Functional and Controlled with meds. I ran around all day, started my day at the Y swimming and doing water aerobics. I played tennis once a week and walked everywhere. I pushed myself.
