Heart disease refers to a group of conditions that affect the heart and blood vessels. It can lead to serious complications like heart attacks, strokes, and congestive heart failure. Heart disease is currently the leading cause of death globally.

The main types of heart disease include:
• Problems affecting heart valves
• Irregular heart rhythms
• Blood vessel conditions
• Heart muscle disorders When these parts of the heart don't work properly, it can cause symptoms like:
• Breathlessness
• Chest pain
• Fatigue
• Difficulty pumping blood effectively

The heart has to work harder to pump blood throughout the body when its structures are damaged or not functioning correctly. This extra strain can lead to serious complications if not properly managed through treatment.

Congestive heart failure (CHF), or simply heart failure, is a condition where the heart can't pump enough blood to meet the body's needs. This can be due to the heart being too weak or too stiff to pump efficiently, causing a backup of blood and fluid in the lungs or other parts of the body
