I read this on another platform yesterday and it sounds about right to me! Thanks Cliff for posting on Our network for the benefit of All of our Ladies who have not yet read or been told that our Heart Attack symptoms are VERY different from the men that We Love and Loved! I watched my Daddy as we as a family were watching TV on a Saturday night in early March of 1997! He didn’t even move…He was Silently weighing his options…too personal to share with you…But he didn’t mention anything to any of us until Monday and asked my Mom to get him an appointment with his Cardiologist! She took him directly to the E/R where the Triage Nurse took his BP at 50/15! He was pronounced dead at 7pm that evening! So a Warning to all of You! It is possible for Men to have a heart attack and NOT show any outward symptoms…If they choose not to!

Thanks for posting this Cliff. For those who haven't read my story I drove myself to the ER and all of my vital signs were normal. I said I still wanted to see a Doctor. They came and did a blood draw several hours afterward and were very excited about the heart enzymes which were off the chart and I had a widowmaker in the ER. Insist on seeing a Doctor if you think you don't feel right. By the time a woman is feeling jaw pain she is up the creek.

My symptoms were similar. I had the indigestion-like symptoms described in the article, pain to left jaw, intermittent upper chest pain and a tight sensation in my upper left arm, like someone was taking my blood pressure… woke husband he went right to the phone to call 911 . He said I had a gray cast to my skin.

Cliff, Thanks so much for posting this. It is so important for women to understand that their symptoms are different and that they need to get help right away.
