Appreciate hugs and likes on my post about the plaque buildup and Tisha I am pleased you found it useful. Just like everyone i want to know what's going on inside as well as outside of body ,only x-rays can help in some cases so we can take better care of ourselves with proper meds from doctors if needed.

While complete reversal of heart disease isn't typically possible, you can significantly slow its progression and reduce complications through proper management. Most doctors cannot completely clear plaque buildup from arteries once it has formed, but there are many effective ways to manage the condition. Treatment options that can help manage heart disease include:

• Medications to control blood pressure, cholesterol, and prevent blood clots
• Surgical procedures like stents, angioplasty, or bypass surgery when needed
• Lifestyle modifications
• Regular monitoring with your healthcare provider
• Following a heart-healthy diet
• Getting appropriate exercise

The key is working closely with your healthcare team to develop and follow an individualized treatment plan that works for you.

Plaque buildup in my arteries was one of my main concerns and now that I know not much can be done about it ,I can relax and just really be careful of what I eat ,my cardiologist said not to worry over it ,not in any danger but he will keep check on it.i will request xray later this year to make sure buildup has grown any.
