Both Apple and Fit bit are wonderful devices I wouldn't be without. I wore Fit bit Versa for almost 4 years and was made aware of my Afib from it. I got my wife an Apple about 2 years ago but it didn't take and passed to my daughter. Around Thanksgiving I insisted she start wearing my Versa and it took. I got a new Sense 2 and an Apple for her. She preffered Fit bit and took over Sense so I'm now wearing Apple. Both my daughter and Son in Law wear Apple.
Wife and I both preffer the look and simplicity of the Fit bit. Both were functionally similar until recently. Google now owns Fit bit and is not keeping pace. Research carefully if considering Fit bit.
