I take 2 (5 mgs) Amlodipine morning and evening and Metoprolol in the morning with no side effects for the last 2 1/2 yrs., seem to be good medications.
@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member the stress test results are abnormal due to at least one of the blockages that wasn't addressed in January. My Cardiologist said now I have an abnormal test result insurance will cover those other blockages being fixed. Thankfully I'm not losing my ever loving mind lol. I go to the hospital next Wednesday for catheterization and for him to address the other blockages. I haven't started Amlodipine yet, my blood pressure for the most part is normal or low with a random spike normally in the evening 🤔 I have several questions I'm awaiting for his nurse to answer lol
I take amlodipine and atenolol ,no problems. I was taking a medication that caused a dry annoying cough, had to stop that one.how was your stress test ?
