He described my symptoms of CAD when he talked about walking and feeling something unusual in my chest. Not pain, just a slight heavyness. When I stopped walking it immediately went away. Started walking again and in a few minutes the feeling came back. I had quadruple bypass 3 days later. No heart attack, but I would have if I would have ignored the symptoms. Good info

I didn't know what Afib was in January 2022. I was 69, healthy, in good shape recently retired to a small farm I actively worked. I had nuclear stress test and scans for heart in 2010 and 2016 that showed no problem. In late spring i started getting daily notices of Afib from my fitbit watch. I had no symptoms or problems so figured is might just go away. My Fit bit kept nagging me until I took action. I had a successful Ablation in May 2023 before I developed symtoms or otherwise would have seen a doctor. My family and I will always wear a monitoring device.

You can get one of these watches or rings for $50 to $500. Constant monitoring for less than a single heart test.
