Like Janie says…..Drink….drink…..drink, wear a sun screen,……stay in unless you absolutely have to go out 😀

I stay inside the air conditioning unless I have to go somewhere and then it is in an air conditioned car to a place with A/C! Always have a bottle of water with me!
